Same-day pallet delivery starts with the loaded pallet
An urgent pallet can contain stock, parts or equipment needed for a business deadline. DAGO Express checks the route and a suitable vehicle using the pallet’s loaded dimensions, weight and required arrival time.
Measure the whole load, including wrapping and any overhang. State the number of pallets and whether each can be stacked. Collection availability does not by itself confirm arrival today.

Tell us about regulated goods, temperature conditions or specialist handling. Have the required vehicle, equipment, documentation and any monitoring arrangements confirmed for your consignment before collection.
Confirm loading equipment at both addresses
Tell us whether a forklift or loading bay is available at collection and delivery. If a tail lift or pallet truck is required, request it before booking and provide individual pallet weights. Access conditions and ground surfaces may affect unloading.
The goods should be secured, wrapped and ready for collection. Include warehouse booking references, site contacts and receiving hours so the driver can reach the correct handover point.
Choose the vehicle for weight as well as space
A pallet footprint is only one part of vehicle selection. Loaded height, total weight and unloading requirements can change the appropriate option. Use the vehicle guide as a starting point and have the actual load checked.
For larger loads or a planned delivery schedule, compare road haulage. For smaller freight with flexible timing, light haulage may be a suitable enquiry route.

What pallet measurements do you need?
Provide the full loaded length, width and height, including overhang, and the weight of each pallet. Also state whether the load is stackable.
Can you collect without a forklift?

Can every pallet be delivered the same day?
No. The route, goods-ready time, vehicle, loading arrangements and receiving hours determine whether same-day delivery is feasible.
