Why is a different mobile number used to call back on weekends?

We now have three mobile numbers for our weekend on-call service. When you call our landline number, your call will automatically be forwarded to one of these numbers.

Why do private individuals have to pay in advance?

In the past, we also offered partial payments or payments after delivery. However, there were repeated situations where customers had payment problems "on site." This led to unnecessary complications. For several years now, we have therefore only offered transport services to private customers against 100% prepayment – and this is generally well accepted.

Why do companies outside Germany have to pay in advance?

Since our company is based in Germany, we are unfortunately unable to reliably check the creditworthiness of companies from abroad. For this reason, we require advance payment from new customers based outside Germany.

How can I additionally secure myself?

If you are worried about the vehicle arriving reliably despite prepayment, you can additionally secure yourself via PayPal – where you benefit from buyer protection. We also offer this payment method.

Can I track my shipment live?

Some of our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking, allowing you to follow the driver's position in real time. For vehicles without GPS, our dispatch team provides regular updates on the estimated arrival time after consulting with the driver.

Is my shipment insured?

Your shipment is insured by default for approximately €10 per kilogram of gross weight. If you need a higher insurance amount, this is usually possible for an additional charge up to a merchandise value of €50,000.
