No. For a courier service like DAGO, there are no restrictions regarding minimum shipment size.
Often, these are important documents or data carriers such as USB sticks, hard drives, and laptops, or suitcases, personal documents, and keys that need to be transported quickly from one place to another.
DAGO Courier Service provides up to 10 Euro pallet spaces per vehicle (Tautliner van: 480 × 210 × 210 cm).
For larger needs, additional vans can be added at low cost, or alternatively truck transports can be organized.
A truck offers space for up to 33 Euro pallet spaces (1360 × 240 × 270 cm).
The permissible total weight in the courier service is up to 1,200 kg.
For a vehicle with a tail lift, there is a limitation of maximum 800 kg total load, with a lifting capacity of 550 kg per package.
If your shipment exceeds 1,200 kg, we are happy to organize truck transports up to 24 tons or deploy several courier vehicles simultaneously.
We notify you by email as soon as the goods are picked up or delivered. In case of problems, you will also receive a notification.
In addition, we offer our customers shipment tracking. After every order confirmation, we send you a tracking link. In certain regions, you can even track the vehicle in real time.
Alternatively, you can access tracking directly in the customer portal at any time once you are logged in and open the order.
At DAGO Express, we value transparency and reliability. Therefore, all transport documents are presented to the recipient for signature before the express shipment is handed over.
The delivery time or the agreed time for the delivery of an express shipment can only be changed in exceptional cases and exclusively after consultation with the DAGO Express dispatch department.
For the delivery of a courier shipment, only one delivery attempt is planned. If the recipient is not present, an alternative delivery location must be arranged in advance, or waiting time costs must be clarified until the recipient is on site.
After every express delivery, DAGO notifies its customers. The waybills are sent electronically on request.
The packaging guidelines require complete packaging, consisting of a suitable outer packaging, an appropriate inner packaging, and a secure seal.

The delivery of a shipment via DAGO can also take place on the following day if required. The date is set by the customer during the courier booking.
With DAGO Courier Service, every express shipment is insured during transport up to 8.33 SDR/kg gross weight. This corresponds to approximately 10 EUR/kg gross weight.
On request, the transport insurance can additionally be extended up to a goods value of 50,000 EUR.
Express courier shipments can be dispatched both in the evening and on weekends. However, order acceptance only takes place after a short vehicle availability check.

The DAGO Courier Service does not use “estimated delivery windows”. Every effort is made to ensure that the drivers reach their destinations at the agreed times. This makes a telephone notification unnecessary in most cases.
On request, however, the dispatch department can ensure that a telephone notification is made one hour before arrival. For this, an appropriate note should be made when placing the order.
Business customers with sufficient creditworthiness can conveniently pay at DAGO on invoice within 14 days (after consultation also 30 days).
For private customers, only advance payment by instant bank transfer is accepted.

For urgent deliveries that must reach from A to B quickly and other “acute” transport orders, commissioning a professional courier service such as DAGO Express is always worthwhile.
At DAGO Express, speed is a top priority. Transport requests during business hours are usually processed within 15 minutes. The orders can be conveniently requested via an online price calculator.
To request an urgent transport or an express trip, the following information is required: pickup and delivery addresses, possible pickup and delivery time, as well as type, quantity, dimensions, and weight of the urgent shipment.
DAGO is an international express forwarding company specializing in special and direct trips. Since quality standards in this field are particularly high, only experienced couriers are used. In this way, it is ensured that express shipping always takes place reliably and as quickly as possible.
Depending on which shipment needs to be transported, different courier vehicles are used. Sometimes a tail-lift transport is required, which DAGO Express offers at favorable conditions. With a pallet truck and tail lift / loading ramp, even complex transport orders are carried out reliably.
At DAGO Express Courier Service, the driver’s assistance with loading and unloading an express shipment is possible. However, if the shipment per unit weighs more than 30 kg or the package is too bulky, the driver relies on additional assistance from your side.
