Tell us about regulated goods, temperature conditions or specialist handling. Have the required vehicle, equipment, documentation and any monitoring arrangements confirmed for your consignment before collection.
Prepare goods for the agreed collection
Pack and label the consignment before collection, and provide both address contacts. Include the number of pieces, packed dimensions and weight. For warehouses, give a booking reference and loading-bay instructions; for offices, identify the reception or named recipient.
Tell us whether arrival must be before a particular time or within an appointment window. A date alone is not enough where the recipient closes early or accepts deliveries only by appointment.
Next day, overnight or same day?
Next-day delivery describes the required arrival date. An overnight courier journey may involve collection or transport outside normal working hours and requires suitable handover arrangements.
If the shipment cannot wait until tomorrow, request same-day delivery with the actual deadline. Cross-border transit also needs route and documentation checks; delivery tomorrow should not be assumed for every European destination.
