Please take a photo of the mailbox along with the documents, so that the recipient's name is clearly visible on the mailbox.

Then insert the documents into the mailbox.

Then confirm the delivery on the DAGO Express delivery protocol with your signature, the date, and the exact time of delivery.

What to do if there is no name or mailbox?
Please first contact DAGO Express at +49 335 553 104 24.
If personal handover is allowed: delivery only to the recipient upon ID verification. The recipient must also sign the delivery protocol.

After successful delivery, please send the completed delivery protocol including photos by email to [email protected]. Then change the shipment status in the online order view to "delivered".
