Set up in three steps

You need a DAGO customer account and a Claude account that supports custom connectors.

Add the connector

In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and enter this URL:

Sign in to DAGO

Click Connect next to the connector. Claude opens the DAGO sign-in – log in with your usual email address and password.

Turn on the DAGO connector in the chat with + and tell Claude what you need to ship.

Safe and under your control

An AI assistant that can book real shipments needs clear rules. These apply to the DAGO connector:

  • No booking without your yesClaude only books after you have confirmed exactly this offer, with rate, vehicle, dates and addresses.
  • Rate is rechecked before bookingIf the rate has changed or the offer has expired, nothing is booked and you see the new offer.
  • Your password stays with DAGOYour password only goes to the DAGO sign-in. The connector never stores or logs it, and access data is stored encrypted.
  • Daily limit per companyThe connector allows at most 10 bookings per company per day – protection against accidental duplicate bookings.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the DAGO connector cost?

The connector itself is free. You only pay for your shipments – at the same rates as in the DAGO rate calculator.

How do I pay for shipments booked through Claude?

Payment isn’t handled in Claude. You receive the payment details from DAGO Express as usual.

Can I cancel or change a shipment through Claude?

Please send cancellations and changes by email to [email protected] with the order number in the subject. Our terms and conditions apply.

Do I need a DAGO account?

Yes. The connector works with your DAGO customer account. No account yet? Sign up for free here.

We use Claude Team or Enterprise – what’s different?

An admin adds the connector once under Admin settings → Connectors. All members then find it under Settings → Connectors and just click Connect. If the option is grayed out, your admin has disabled custom connectors.

Does this also work in Claude Code?

Yes. Run claude mcp add --transport http dago https://mcp.dagoexpress.com/mcp to add the connector and sign in the first time you use it.

What data does Claude see?

Only what your request needs: rates, vehicles, your orders and contact details from your DAGO account. You can disconnect at any time in your Claude settings.
